TransformingWellbeing Together

What makes The BalancEd Partnership different from other wellbeing providers?

We go beyond one-off initiatives or wellbeing “add-ons.” Our approach combines evidence, reflection and leadership coaching to create lasting cultural change. Every partnership is grounded in honesty, data, and practical action that supports both staff wellbeing and school success.

Do you only work with schools?

No, we also work with private individuals, offering 1-1 coaching. So whether you work in education or any other industry, we are here to help.

How does a wellbeing audit work, and what does it involve?

Our audits begin with a confidential staff survey and, where appropriate, focus groups or interviews to explore key themes in more depth. We analyse the findings to highlight strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement — providing a clear, evidence-based roadmap for meaningful change.

Who are your coaching sessions designed for — leaders, teachers, or whole staff teams?

Coaching can be tailored for individuals or groups at any level. Many schools begin with leadership coaching to embed wellbeing at a strategic level, then extend it to teams to build shared ownership and sustainable habits.

How do you ensure confidentiality and trust when collecting staff wellbeing data?

Confidentiality is central to our process. All data is collected anonymously and reported at group level only. This allows staff to share honest feedback safely — giving leaders a genuine picture of wellbeing across the school.

Can your services be tailored to our school’s specific context or priorities?

Absolutely. Every school is unique, so we adapt our tools, language, and recommendations to fit your culture and goals. Whether you’re just beginning your wellbeing journey or refining an existing strategy, we meet you where you are.

What are the first steps to begin working with The BalancEd Partnership?

Simply get in touch to arrange an initial conversation. We’ll discuss your school’s context, priorities, and desired outcomes, then recommend a pathway that fits — from a wellbeing audit to leadership coaching or a full cultural review.
